It's the initiatory night of Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk and I'm playacting with 2 random teammates, one of whom is a young kid. Ghosts of Verdansk takes a page out of Season 3 Reloaded's Die Hard and Rambo standoff-ins and brings Holler's Ghostface into the battle as both a fictitious character tegument and the creepy voice that haunts you while you play the Halloween-themed mode. Ghostface, ghostly enemies, and an absolutely brilliant Fear Meter make for a fantastically fearful experience that I wishing lasted longer than conscionable a some weeks.

Fear is the mind-killer

Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk drops you into a foggy, blue-hued reading of the soon-to-be-eradicated Verdansk map. It's hard to meet in front of you, but the bright blue circles of light dotted across the correspondenc act as beacons of hope: they'Ra the only site where the ghosts give notice't arrive you. The 'ghosts' are in reality all in players who need to collect trinity souls in rescript to rejoin to the land of the living, and end game fights are chockful of the jump, groaning bastards. Don't get me wrong, I don't want Warzone to permanently have jumpstart scares that require a subject warning, but the behaviors that cause the Fear Beat to mark off up are the same behaviors that make Warzone matches so tense.

Bivouacking is a boon to anyone just the camper, merely flirt with the tension in your consistence any time you've tried to tuck away in a corner for a little reprieve, the way your split second increases whenever you hear footsteps nearby – having some way to plough that into a tangible have in your gameplay would be incredible.

Imagine you drop into a Warzone match, survive a firefight by running by to seek a weapon, then stumble upon the malfunctioning trunk of a fallen enemy. Your Adrenalin Meter ticks up, and you notice that your Operators' work force shake a routine while inserting an armour plate. As many of us have already pointed out, Warzone Season 6 is proof that Verdansk has gone stale, and while there may be a new Pacific-themed map on the horizon with the Anticipate of Duty Vanguard drop, the battle royale could always use routine shakeups.

I eff the idea of a perpetual Warzone playlist that challenges players to quell floating, to support their teammates, to avoid bivouacking, and to deal out with the added accentuat of incoming fire. Warzone is the best when information technology's fresh, hot-paced, and unpredictable, and the Fear Meter in Ghosts of Verdansk is the about exciting new feature Warzone has had in a long-wool time.
